In my opinion, AirBnB and similar are much more involved and hands-on than a long-term tenant, as so many of the responsibilities that would normally fall to the tenant or be reported by the tenant will now be handled by you or your PM, if you outsource that part of it.

I was wondering if we start marketing and sending out letters to pre-foreclosure and city code violators, is there a good way to outsource the incoming phone calls and have them screened and forwarded to us so we can return the calls when we can get to them (without hiring a full time employee)?

Needless to say they left me alone after that.I have also looked into many that hype you up and then outsource their mentoring to someone in Utah who is unfamiliar with their system.
