Few of my friends that have homes in Costal OC (San Clemente/Aliso & Mission Viejo/Laguna) have put in LVP and LVT.

One guy owned about $60M+ in The Mission.   

Thank you.Frankly you buy D class in any market and you will get a lesson.. its a tough way to go unless its your life mission and a full time JOB.. just sayin.. like I mentioned I owned 350 of these homes and if for one minute I thought the juice was worth the squeeze I would not have sold the whole mary ann 5 years ago.. 

It has also been eye opening to hear the different approaches and perspectives to multifamily investing, which will help hone and craft my unique strategies.I think I'm gonna start calling my quest the MISSION Project.

I'd very much welcome the opportunity to meet more folks in the industry and find ways to collaborate.I hadn't heard of Near West Side Partners but I see that their mission meshes well with my own goals. 

Long term mission is commercial multi family, but in the more immediate we would like to potentially embark on some Airbnb for some immediate cash flow.

The cycle will keep on going - fresh batch of smarter people coming to California and forcing many poorer locals (by California standard) out to another state, while the net population keeps increasing.The pandemic may have changed the equation with the advent of reliable remote working, but I doubt that the most innovative companies in the world (which are based in California) will move their core mission-critical work out of California anytime soon. 

No matter what hiccups arise the mission must go on. 3. get better at my under writing Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
