This is a scarcity mentality.

I know I am talking about real estate investing during this time of overwhelming mental pressure by virus.

Trash sells as we see with reality tv and the kardahsians, but it is not sustainable in any way and the mentality should be called it immediately. 

That's the mentality I love!

Those tough years of learning caused me to become more mentally astute and wise with where I park my money, way more conservative than I was back then, keep more reserves, have better investments, and even put a couple of ferrari’s in the garage now.

I think it’s more of an old school you have to earn your stripes mentality..

It's called victim mentality.

I agree the victim mentality that drives the rent strike is what keeps most of these folks down. 

They (the FED) are printing the middle class out of a future, so my mentality right now is to make the most of what they are offering, not to screw over lenders or commit fraud.
