Purchase price: $25,500 Cash invested: $10,000 Sale price: $69,900 Quick Fix & Flip.Property was completely deserted & the family was indecisive about their plans for the home after a recent passing.

Fix/flip, PML and long-term rentals are my interests.

Would you rather spend a half an hour on a phone call, and under $200 to fix a small issue now, or the other end you people being slum lords and not handling YOUR responsibilities in owning, renting properties????

I have 30-year fixed rate loans on all rental properties. 

And even the ones that raise more often only do so several times during the year and many times there is nothing available.So even if you had such a list, it is not really useful in deploying money in the real world.A more practical approach is to see which offerings are currently available and simply scan them to see if they match your criteria or not.
