Purchase price: $25,500
Cash invested: $10,000
Sale price: $69,900

Quick Fix & Flip.
Property was completely deserted & the family was indecisive about their plans for the home after a recent passing. The home also had a small lien.
Listened, offered a solution and everyone walked away happy.
