I definitively know what I am talking about and am speaking as a licensed professional in the trade and from fact.

Unfortunately, they are not licensed in HI so I cannot use them for most of my DSCRs.

I have a general contractor license so I also can repair and remodel properties before they go on the market.

I have a licensed lead inspector I highly recommend, and he would be better at walking you through the exact process of recertification.
