Most international freight comes in through southern (and oftentimes eastern) ports, and the interstate shipping costs tend to increase as you go north and west.

We went from paying an interst rate of 5.75 to 3.625.  

Paying the higher interst rate on the 30% then refi and cash out the seller and the hard money loan.

I also do my own organic gardening, which is not impacted by this unless I sell or trade the food (not the seed, btw, unless it is for consumption) so you'll probably see a rise in the number of people gardening again.Where I don't see this thing lasting against a serious single court case is it is the federal regulation of intrastate commerce, rather than interstate commerce.

The building is located in an old industrial area that is quickly gentrifying due to the development efforts of a nearby major university.The building is very visible from a major interstate and all of the major arterial roadways (due to height) although it is tucked back into a developing industrial area.  

It also means I can't use my own calculator to factor interst (or principle) paid (yes, I know they send you tax info but I put that info into my system based on what my calcs say I paid as part of my payments, as it should match what they report)If anyone knows the formal to use to type in this kind of loan (you can use the $3.2m example above and see if you can get something to say you should pay $20,355.58), please let me know.  

It's reasonably secure, but I also only drive on city streets (35 mph max), and not the Interstate.
