You also need titanium wrap,(way better than tar paper) and you may need Ice guard if code there requires it, and you usually replace the drip edge. 

My son has a hockey game on the 19th and there's nothing like watching 6 yrs olds chase the puck!

I had to rebuild a ramp and communicate to tenants it it did not work and would need to be redone (by a pro this time)....Temporary solution at best in my opinion for any large surface..Break it up and replace the driveway and use a sealer (to protect from salts, and use the least corrosive ice melt).

Heres the icing on the cake to this God awful nightmare, if you want to rent this quaint little home all you had to do was send the $500 deposit + 1st months rent and if possible any future months rent and then they would simply send you the keys in the mail.

I come over and look in the crawlspace and a pipe had broken, shooting water across the crawlspace, and the sump pump failed, leaving calf deep ice cold water....The tenant is like, "well you can rent it with an indoor swimming pool".....
