what is your time horizon ?

My time horizon is pretty long so I am very willing to play the long-term game. 

Listening to the podcasts is a great way to expand your horizons.

I'm at point in my life where I'm looking to get started on my own, specifically with multifamily assets on a 5-7 year time horizon, and find fellow investors /partners to work with to leverage my experience.Thanks, best wishes, and I look forward to talking to everyone,Justin

Is there a special assessment on the horizon?

I've always been intrigued by REI but didn't take the opportunity to broaden my horizons to learn more about it until recently within the past week. 

There's two that I'm looking at when I start my SDIRA and that's Equity Trust and Horizon Trust. 

Those penalties were put in place to help ensure the cost of origination by institutions, so they can be offset by interest payments within a short time horizon from the actual origination date.

Listening to all the BP and Mark Kohler podcast, read the UBG, hunting through the forums, in the middle of the J Scott book on flipping houses, and talking to local investors - input is always welcome.Background is Aerospace Engineering (rocket science) so I am very excited to broaden my horizon and learn the real estate industry.

I believe buy-and-hold investors with 10 year horizons would do very well in the 'war zones' of Atlanta.
