  #4 You can try to approach any nearby ALF or rehabilitation or mental health company and ask if they are willing to expand their portfolio and you can lease it to them for 2 or 5 years (usually 1.5 or 2 or 2.5 times standard rent).

Hey Guys,Have a bit of a dilemma i'm hoping i can get your input on.I bought a townhouse property to flip, but do to a lawsuit the HOA brought against the builder most lenders will not underwrite a mortgage until the lawsuit it over which is probably about a year away.
