I have read Mixed information about being able to cosign and not occupy a plex while the main buyer is occupying.

Have our first MTR booking October through January :) and filling in the rest with a mix of STR and MTR.  

We still like the mix of long term and short term, but would be open to getting another short term rental close to San Diego.

-Tenant mix - buildings with a good mix of stable, creditworthy tenants will be seen as less risky and could sell for a higher price per sqft.
