I recently found a property on a hill with a storm water drain on the front street.

Although electrical,  it's a fire hazard and you are missing a floor drain anyway.

In addition, if you have a good plumber they can drain the system and pressure test it to make sure there are no leaks.

Add another $200 to make sure the thousands you are spending on rehab are not going down the drain.

I personally wouldn’t do it as it would be draining but I would do it if you bring me possible deals that we can split 50/50.Even Beardy Brandon says that if you want to get in then bring me a deal, you do 90% or more of the work and I come in with my experience & knowledge and we split it 50/50 or depending & you learn along the way that way as you are not paying a hefty fee for mentorship.

If it turns out to be a total money pit from a physical obsolescence standpoint, this could be a major drain on your finances. 

@Luca Mastrangelo I have had success fighting water by extending downspouts 4 feet away from the building, installing French drains and a bit of grading.

We recently installed a new drain tile system after there was a flood in the basement. 

Minor plumbing, run water lines, tub and shower drains to mains, sink and toilet installs.
