I am keen to begin investing in real estate.

That's why I'm very keen on being able to "own" the rehab phase of the process. 

Even from the beginning they were keen on negotiating their price based on telling me how much trouble they'll save me from.

They were so happy they didn't have to move and are excited about us being their new landlord as it seems the sellers prior were not keen on making any upkeep or simple fixes to the home.

I'll actually be more keen on considering Florida/Arizona multi-family property when I'm ready, but within Arkansas I would consider any part of the state.

Everything's negotiable if you are keen to this....it's "Let's Make a Deal!"

The issue is* Tenant is not keen on giving appointment to property manager for initial house inspection and starting the process* Tenant sent me a email saying the property manager has been rude and their took the house assuming that we will directly manage it and wants to take legal opinion.

I have keen skills in picking the best from the bunch and could care less what order I received their application.
