It just gives the building that extra "pop", that many owners overlook.Make sure common areas are brightly lit.....ALWAYS - I have looked at 50 buildings this year and literally saw about 45 of them that lacked good lighting in the hallways.

Apparently tenant moved in on Saturday and tenants boyfriend who was also going to be on the lease punched a bunch of holes in the wall, then lit something and threw it into one of the holes.
