I'm debating between the following,because I'm going to get a construction loan which will be disbursed in phases, should I rent out each unit as and when it is completed?

They are targeting business travelers / professionals (it's their first time doing this, so who the ideal market is for them is up for debate - but the idea is to attract quiet people who can afford it).  

However, the part about "He said that he has almost unlimited bank financing" makes me wonder if he has the cash to be your debt lender or he only has the income / credit to just put down the 20% with his lender providing the other 80%.In that case, you'd likely want to create an LLC with each of you owning a certain percentage of the entity (like 50/50, 60/40 or even 70/30), and then you work together to find and fund the properties with him providing the down-payment, and a lender the other 80%.If not 50/50, its debatable as to who should be in the majority equity position...

I know it was not a good deal, but still debating if I should sell it since it is postive cash flow.

Now what governments are trying to avoid is if the health care system in a country gets overwhelmed with many more people who’ve contracted the virus at once, the quality of care is spread thin thus fatality rate percentages could possibly* increase amongst a greater populations at risk, and shortage of medical supplies could play its own role (if that were to happen)- this would be a pandemic situation if no attempts to control the virus are in place and if it escalated quickly (which could happen with any virus).Economic affects: well that’s debatable but clearly statistics already show impacts.
