Have you thought about building your online presence with seo and targeted keywords? 

I have one area where I have four-plexes 8-plexus and a 24 plex and my smaller property manager who doesn't have an on site presence is fine.  

I just wanted to run some of my information here and see if I could get some insight on where I stand in making this goal a reality or if I need to re-evaluate my timeline.Basic Background informationBusiness Degree from respected universityRoughly 10 years of professional work experience with several fortune 500 companies  Currently working PT for large restaurant group in Metro ATLlooking to open brand new start-up concept in metro Atlanta or Charlotte areasPopular food concept is sweeping across the country in large popularity, but still not a true presence in these locations.

Would love to share ideas with you if/as you continue to grow your presence in that area as I plan the same -- great market, great renters (at least I've been lucky with such) and hopefully Cerner will bring appreciation -- though my real estate agent says that the other Cerner complex up north didn't do much for the surrounding area...but who knows!

So create a professional presence, not something like "I Buy Notes, LLC" with an Investor Carrot website and a Gmail address. 

It could add credibility, but it is also like sending the recepient of your postcard to the phone book where you may not have the strongest presence.

It definitely could, but not directly.You get a Youtube channel to expand your internet presence.

Here are some the things of which I'm aware that I'll need to consider: 1) business property (non-real) such as lawn care equipment, furniture, appliances (large and small), dishes, linens, tools used in the care of the property; 2) transition of internet presence and accounts (website hosting, domain name, social media, 3rd party booking sites - anything else); 3) deposits already received for future bookings; 4) a listing of contractors they use who are already familiar with the property; 5) a listing of any contracts that would carry over to the new owner;6) details and copies of any existing property management software.What else?

There is definitely an increase in the presence of operations and organizations as bidders.
