Statements lacking such clarity is what I think leads to people saying things such as "the Solo 401k is exempt from UBIT" which is not true.

Hopefully, another BP member will chime in and provide more clarity.

It should all be in writing regardless but the what if something happens different scenarios need more clarity if it is not just you.

So at least on that small front, there is seems to be some clarity.
