additionally shop vac cabinets and carpets, put in fridge, range, washer, and dryer. putting ads on craigslist, flyers at an asian market, flyers at wsu, newman, and butler cc in andover.  

Do you feel uncomfortable when the bank asks you to fill out a CC application?

Deposit in your bank and you've got the cash to use until the deal runs out on the CC.

@Jose Mena Diaz- yes - HELOC  better than  CC  debt -   contact the  plavce you bank for a HELOC ...the programs are relatively similar  from lender to lender ...you  should be able to get  a 92K HELOC for  free ...make sure you  dont make the minimum interest only payment and make a payment as  much as possible  on the heloc 

It is a 4 bed, 1 bath, 2 car detached garage, single family home in C/C+ neighborhood. 

All other CC update with no problem.  

Luckily I learned young to be smart about cc debt and that gets payed down every month.

We got a conventional loan and used funds from a HELOC and a no interest CC to fund down payment and reno.

I look at cash flow vs cash on cash, but it usually ends up over 10% cc.
