Did you properly screen your applicant?

Go to BUILD YOUR TEAM at the top of the screen and look for local investors or meetups in your area.

Use the top three or four discriminators so applicants can screen themselves.Then you need to have clear screening criteria yourself.

So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services and HOW those services are executed.EXAMPLE: PMC states they will handle tenant screening – what does that specifically mean?

If you are looking to scale, find yourself an online platform that you can grow into that has payment options, maintenance request, tenant screening, etc...

Turn over is typically higher than a normal rental, so you have to get good at finding and screening tenants/ house mates.
