I don't think you can make the market bend to your will, which is what this big press for affordable housing is pressing for.Recently I heard about an anti poverty group that was actually making some progress with a small group.

I'd be curious to learn more about what factors might cause lenders to bend these rules.

There just aren't that many folks on this South Bend forum unfortunately.

I was hoping if it was a clear cut case of the HOA board bending the rules, the amendment could be deemed null and void but if it's questionable, it's better not to fight.  

Don't make this out to be some scum lender is bending or flouting the rules, because we don't stay in business (22 years) doing that kind of thing. 

The common thread is photos and reviews, Bend over backwards to build your reputation with those early reviews.

You need to bend to the market, the market does not bend to a spreadsheet.

It's very common for Landlords to bend over backwards to keep tenants happy, thinking it will come back to you later.

2) I would like to talk to a local CPA or real estate attorney, is there anyone in Bend Oregon or Redmond (trying to light up those keyword alerts) that recommends someone in the area?
