Typically they are not really online teaching, but might hold a class or two here or there throughout the year.I would also attend some of your local REIA meetings. 

Depending on how big the church is and how many people attend will likely play the biggest impact on how much you’re affected.

I would strongly recommend attending one or two so you can start networking and meeting people in the industry.

I have recently been educating myself by reading books, listening to podcasts, watching YouTube videos, and attending workshops.

I will be attending.

One of the attendees, who is also a client, is consistently sharp (Well, actually, most of the attendees were; the average bear does not take time & money to attend such an event.) and asks good questions. 

I know I should not have counted on appreciation and I think I been loosing money on it for a very very long time, but I had other things to attend to. 

We haven't been actively buying in the last couple of years but attend a local meetup that meets on the second Thursday of the month (tonight) at the Fayetteville iHop. 

OPINION: S8 program should only give voucher holders 6 years max on the program and require them to attend college or trade school to improve their income.

Find and join a local REI or land lord Association and attend meetings to get local perspectives on markets, LL/tenant laws and experiences etc.Hang out here and search threads that may be relevant to you and your desires/needs.Decide on your objectives from investing, taking into account your resources from financial and time perspectives.
