I have heard it is a very common tactic to refinance into a personal name, and then move the loan under the LLC name, and while there is almost always an acceleration clause involved in a mortgage, they are rarely called due, because the lenders only care or are even alerted when the mortgage goes into default.  

Retailers were already having trouble, so shutting their doors for months is only going to accelerate the shift to online shopping.

However, I'm not one of those people and the quickest thing that accelerated my real estate is having high streams of income after graduation. 

Things aren't so different this week for me than it was last month.I read an article last week that stated that the pandemic will accelerate the move of a significant part of the work force to working remotely from home.

LOL.. you hardly use your brakes as the regenerative braking.. you get the feel of when to take your foot off the accelerator and you literately come to a stop at the light without ever touching your brakes they will last the life of the car just about. 

Ramon might have made that generalization because, often, if you try to assign a property with a conventional mortgage to an LLC, it can trigger an acceleration clause, and the mortgage will be due in full. 

This way, I can accelerate my savings so I can househack next year.
