@John WarrenAccount Closed' post made me go back and re-read your original post again ... a little more slowly this time.I may have read too much into the post (and subsequent posts) it the first time and zoned in on an under-slab issue without asking the pertinent question about visible damage to the slab (your contractor would have probably noted that).

Said I could write up a lease and hand it to him,  he would have to reread and fix any issues,  or for about the same time if not less he could just write it up and not have to worry about missing anything.
