@John WarrenAccount Closed' post made me go back and re-read your original post again ... a little more slowly this time.I may have read too much into the post (and subsequent posts) it the first time and zoned in on an under-slab issue without asking the pertinent question about visible damage to the slab (your contractor would have probably noted that).

I need to re-read the definition in the Tenancy Acts were we operate, but I'm "guessing" they will mum on any distinction.
