In terms of the speed (date on market) and all-inclusive services (cleaning + staging + selling), should we be looking at big companies like ReMax or Royal Lepage?

Problem for me buying in a "growth market", aside from the obvious of correctly identifying them with good timing,is that it is such a royal PITA to build up the infrastructure of reliable boots on the ground (agents, contractors, PMs, etc.).

We ended up going with Ace's Royal Brand Exterior Acrylic Latex (fog rolls in gray). 

Its a royal pain to schedule and then pay for repairs over and above the operational costs of driving.
