These are civil matters so you won't be able to call the police, you would need to file in civil court.Then again, if all you want to do is vent some frustrations here, nothing wrong with that either!

In your area, think through the parts of town where people have stable jobs (think post office, nurse, police officer, teacher, etc).

Government Jobs are big in the area, such as Teacher, nurses, police, correctional officers  etc.. also there is a lot of people working in agriculture which is also very big here.

In CA it appears that you may get a talking to by police if doing something you shouldn't be.

The police here can make an arrest on a misdemeanor charge for non compliance, but they'd have to prove I wasn't heading to the hardware store, or one of my residences, or out for food or groceries. 

Last week finally the police removed the squatters.

I've heard of landlords on BP giving discounts to police officers which is a great idea (especially in multi-family properties).

Rampant drugs/crime, police activity, etc. 

As a management company, we aren't the judge, jury or police for the matter.

I'm sure you're local police station could give you a solid answer on that right away, it sounds like they are trespassing though.
