@Roderick Gunn, for local government liens (such as grass cutting, demolition, sewer assessment, fire dues and library dues are the most common) the local government lien trumps the tax sale.

I said no, ditched VRBO/HomeAway, and never looked back.I find that VRBO is oversaturated in my area (Panama City/PC Beach), the users tend to be older and not tech savvy, and I didn't have the security of reviews (of me or of my guests).

The ADA governs public facilities like hotels, libraries, restaurants etc, the ACAA governs flight accommodation, the HUD's fair housing act governs rentals and their term is "assistance animals" and they lumped SA and ESA together.No you cannot charge deposits or rent for them.Yes 99% of those ESA are bogus.Many people say don't accept online letters and ask for a real doctor you can verify. 

Check out the great BP library of books as well as the wealth of information out there from other authors as well, and don't just focus on RE!

There’s also a podcast I love by a guy Max Maxwell he’s got some good info, he’s also got a YT channel.You can checkout z library they have a lot of free books about real estate, sales etc. find a good escrow company that’s investor friendly and can perform double closes.
