How is it in a "simple" multifamily apartment LLC, in which everyone (syndicator included) has ownership shares, that contributed capital does not meet IRS tests for determining percentage ownership, like the Substantial Economic Effect test, or reflect the genuine economic arrangement among the partners?

Most regionals aren't very exposed to CRELarger banks even less.Might take a few years to reposition but since 2008, the banks are flush with cash due to various stress tests and must offset capital for any hiccup within the portfolio.Trump might loosen this again and might have a fiasco in the future with the banks lolNot a fan of tech.

I am Currently enrolled on a Real estate Broker course and learning a ton, so hoping to take the test next month.I have been looking at the BRRRR strategy but not having any rehab experience puts me somewhat hesitant to do this. is there any experienced Fix/flip investors out there willing to give a crash course to somebody looking to get started?
