Since the Roth allows the money to grow tax free, I believe it makes sense to maximize Roth contributions and gains as much as possible over and above pre tax retirement accounts.  

I would also be well versed in creative financing options to maximize opportunities.For MLS listings, target homes that have been listed for 60-90 days.

Once the upgrades go in, we are looking at modernizing and maximizing on the return.

When evaluating such deals, when does it make sense to purchase a property that can be fixed and refinanced to maintain ownership, while also allowing for the construction of a duplex on the additional lot, thus maximizing the return on investment for both the lot and the property?
