Monte Sano is in Huntsville, in Madison County.For future reference, it takes Jefferson County around 4 months to send checks to investors.

We currently live in Waunakee (right outside Madison, WI) and looking to move to Venice, FL to be close to retired grandparents. 

Madison has a great REIA (Real Estate Investors Association) that you should start attending.

I intend to search for deals in Greene, Montgomery, Clark, Miami, and Madison counties.

Madison being a college town has a TON of PM companies to start working for, if your current broker does not wish to supervise this activity.
