My concern is that being a junior lien, I may get wiped out, although there is equity above the senior by approx. 20% of the current selling price/value (before any closing costs, taxes, etc).

If there are any junior liens you may want to foreclose on your llc to wipe them out.

I started with a $300k duplex on my college campus while I was a junior at school here in Columbus OH.

As far as he first mtg balance you need to contact the lender in writing requesting the payoff as a Successor In Interest (you acquired title by a junior lien foreclosure).
