We want to be able to create an estimate for a project and then track everything back against that estimate (Labor and Materials) to see how we are performing on each project.

All the trade websites say that in the end they're only a tiny percentage more expensive than regular concrete block because the labor costs go way down.    

Hey @Joe S., If the wholesaler does not disclose in the assignment agreement that any price reduction counts toward the assignment fee, you are the one entitled to the reduction since you are taking over all the rights to execute the original agreement.

Instead, smacking the CSLB limit for both labor+materials as the charge for just labor is just like I said, a slap in the face cause we've discussed CSLB limits time and time again.

@Joe S.There are ways to syndicate a deal initially wherein the GP lead sponsor can buy all the investors out a few years into the deal generally thru refinance after the business plan is executed and value increased.
