When I first started with them I was a rookie in the full sense of the word and their customer service was superb.Now, I rarely talk to them, but find there interface easy to navigate and access the behind the scenes as aspects of websites (databases, setting up e-mails, etc).

I don’t think the latter would make much difference given that you’d still be interfacing with the tenant.

It seems to me that MFH listings on MLS can look quirky - May be an interface issue or search terms, etc.

As for tenant pipeline, yes this is something that will be coming out soon with our new user interface that is due to go live shortly.

Particularly in RE partnerships.Make sure your tax professional understands all of this, and can interface with the drafting attorney appropriately to make sure the operating agreement reflects the partners' intent and is as advantageous as possible.That's the professional answer for multi-million dollar RE partnerships. 

The interface is well thought out and it's as sexy as was anticipated.

Their interface has lots of customization but can be overwhelming.

I currently use Lead Propeller and like the user interface; but if you search on all the top lead generating google searches, majority of them are IC sites.

I made transitions to interface with the old 10inch pine plank wood flooring & made cedar trim around the stair edges.
