Close your eyes, drop your index finger on a map of Greater Boston and you'll find a pretty good location.

Crossing the border illegally, I'll give you that as a freebie, but would you knowingly rent to a white guy who gave the feds the finger on april 15th?

My point is do not get too far caught up in 'looking' for something that is readily at your finger tips just to invest.

Eventually, I became sick of smashing my fingers with a hammer and had learned enough to know the contractor side of things was not where I wanted to spend my time.

Nearly all of the homes in this city were built between 1880 and 1920, so I think 'historic home' is just a designation that certain homeowners have applied for even while their homes are not all that different from their neighbors.   2) These properties in my area are city owned, which in my calculation means a lot of fingers getting pointed at you.
