If anyone has good plumber, electrician, carpenter HVAC recommendations I would really appreciate it.

I'm an electrician by trade and a military veteran.

An electrician alone is very expensive.  

I've already got a lawyer, title company, plumber, electrician, and great hvac guys I trust.

Hi BP, could anyone recommend some reputable contractors in western Mass. carpenter's, plumber's, electrician's and etc.?  

I took pictures of all kinds of issues: damage to most of my new cabinets they installed, electrician replaced a bunch of new lights and fan I had a prior contractor put in, wood trim was installed poorly unevenly cut, drywall finishing looked terrible, the plumbing they roughed in didn't line up with the vanities they knew were there to be measured... among many other issues. 

Earn while you learn.Or if you prefer to work with your hands, you can learn one of the trades (plumber, electrician, HVAC, carpenter, general contractor, etc.), get licensed, and earn while you learn that way.Many possible paths to lead to the same destination ...

Hi, can someone recommend a handyman for Central Jersey?  My tenant is reporting faucet leaks and bathroom exhaust fans not working.  The property is in Carteret, NJ - Middlesex County.

., there are a number of resources online that can give you ballpark figures.Re: estimating rehab budget - no easy answer to this one either aside from getting in touch with a couple contractors/handymen/plumbers/electricians in the area and asking for quotes on generic stuff you'd be likely to work on.

If you do not have experience working on electrical equipment, hire an electrician!
