What is your plan to obtain this dream?

If you read all of this I'd really appreciate some candid feedback.I live in Snohomish County, I'm a Navy Veteran, have a stable W-2 making about 80K/yr after taxes, and have a modest amount in savings.

Have you thought about this approach or considered a phased plan to build up your portfolio?

Does anyone know where I could find this or a similar overview for property owners?

Does this make them all good assets?
