I saw some people in the thread saying it's possible, but they didn't say how to do it.You put your nose to the grindstone and you work your tail off to save more ... you can't always have everything you want, right now, with no or low money down ... doesn't mean it is impossible.In the meantime you educate yourself, both online and local networking.

You are right - he will be selling a seminar - you need to research his legal problems that occurred in the past - I think he is a good person - but he got the wrong marketing agency promoting his program - he is a better write than investors - You need some hard-core instruction - not a ferry tail presentation that will only motivate you to spend money on a long distance type of instruction.Start an investor club - you come in contract with many folks who invest, who have money - who are good folks and you'll learn much from that association;Run some ads: Real Estate Meet-up meeting being formed - all are welcome - our first meeting will be May 25th at the Holiday Inn - the subjects discussed will be Tax Sales in the Local market - creative financing - our guest speaker will be Bob Smith from Smart Title Company.
