The reality is the opposite - if it's not in writing then the PMC doesn't have to provide the service or can charge extra for it.We have a 12 page management contract that we've added our real experiences to over the years, with the intent of protecting both us AND the landlord.

They would pay some commission to the buyer's agent and this would all take place as normal, and then after the transaction is closed (or possibly before) they could write you a check for a finder's fee.

I've been shopping around with brokers and have tried Obie and Steadily and those told me that they have no providers currently writing Landlord Policies in Harris County Houston TX.Can anyone advise if they have also run into this and if they have found a solution?
