Hello BP community I have been trying to save some money up from working 2 jobs the last couple years and I finally feel like I am in a secure enough spot to try to get into either wholesaling or flipping.

My partner and I started wholesaling six months ago, and we just got our first real deal under contract.

Would it just be better for me to get a real estate license and figure Wholesaling out on my own? 

If you are wholesaling I would recommend an LLC as a holding company, but that should be a very simple straight forward corporation formation process. 

I understand the concept of wholesaling, and I've found a property I want to go after and find a buyer for.

I would love the chance to meet with, sit down and get to learn the application parts of the wholesaling process, as this is what I'm currently invested in learning to start to do myself. 

Do you guys suggest starting with wholesaling?

But some of my agents have experience with wholesaling. 

Making a list of the most important outcomes in the first 36 months is also key.I've done everything from wholesaling deals, fix and flips, buy & hold, STR's, commercial value-add, land entitlement then assigned off or sold to developers.

I am wholesaling in San Antonio and Dallas.
