I called the prop. management co. and every number shown on their website, and all the numbers are not working.This past weekend, I drove to the place to drop off my letter but it was not open (btw it’s usually open on Saturday), so I dropped the letter off in the rent mailbox and wrote on the letter to email or call me to confirm they have received my notice to vacate.

I attended one of this company's auctions last weekend just to get a feel for how these private estate auctions go, and it kind of went like this: auctioneer asked for an opening amount, no one bid, one of the auctioneer helpers bid it lower, then some people started chiming in, and it went back and forth between a few people before finally ending about 25% higher than the number the auctioneer started at.

Over the weekend I installed a lock on the outdoor hose and informed tenants I would be making visits to check for leaking toilet flappers etc.After word got around I was contacted by one of the tenants to inform me that the one unit that has in-unit laundry (preexisting when I bought the property last Nov) has been running the washer at least once a day.
