I called the prop. management co. and every number shown on their website, and all the numbers are not working.This past weekend, I drove to the place to drop off my letter but it was not open (btw it’s usually open on Saturday), so I dropped the letter off in the rent mailbox and wrote on the letter to email or call me to confirm they have received my notice to vacate.

I'll take this advice to heart, re-crunch my numbers over the weekend, and see where it leaves me. 

This is not to say that it can't be found via other methods, but as someone who travels to major cities for fun/business on the weekends, the system efficiently connects me to incredible women.

We should definitely connect, I’ll be in Columbia every other weekend starting in September visiting my girlfriend so we can meet sometime then.

Have your realtor or someone in their office have open houses on the weekend.

I'm in Wilmington and work a fulltime job and invest on the weekends and nights. 

I attended one of this company's auctions last weekend just to get a feel for how these private estate auctions go, and it kind of went like this: auctioneer asked for an opening amount, no one bid, one of the auctioneer helpers bid it lower, then some people started chiming in, and it went back and forth between a few people before finally ending about 25% higher than the number the auctioneer started at. 

This past weekend, two of my tenants got their cars damaged (minor scratch on one, and good scratch on the other).

However, instead of calling they decided to show up Memorial Day weekend and complete the work on our primary house and then they went to the rental ans climbed onto the roof ans got right to work.

Over the weekend I installed a lock on the outdoor hose and informed tenants I would be making visits to check for leaking toilet flappers etc.After word got around I was contacted by one of the tenants to inform me that the one unit that has in-unit laundry (preexisting when I bought the property last Nov) has been running the washer at least once a day.
