SupplyLas Vegas is unique because it is a tiny island of privately owned land in an ocean of federal land.

Youngstown as a metro region is still on the decline.

However, always have a flexible approach – sometimes a great property comes up that’s worth pursuing even if your financing isn't fully in place yet.LendersFor multi-family housing owned by out-of-state investors, I recommend looking into regional banks or credit unions in the Midwest market you’re targeting, as they often have more tailored loan products.

Each property/owner situation and unique but there are 2 general thoughts. 

Hi all,Not sure if this is a uniquely Florida question, but here in Florida you cannot obtain property insurance on a home until a four-point inspection is completed by an insurance company.  

Initially I'd get pissed and nicely reach after them to encourage them to work hard and come up w/ their own unique output... but eventually I shifted my tone to say...
