But when they say "we standby with our inspectors" even when there is evidence to prove otherwise, thats not the proper way to handle it especially if they want to stay unbiased.

I had rent solutions for 2 years and they added zero value (this is not a hit on rent solutions, take this as a unbiased customer review), so I went back to managing myself.if you are going to hire property management, make sure they are professionals in the area you are investing in.

I don't work for any developers so my opinion may not be correct but they will be unbiased.

I would consult an unbiased 3rd party such as a CPA.
