I think when one gets stuck, he or she is thinking too deep into it.Simple approach is this-   Ask your friends/family, what was a positive trait you had when you were a teen, or what did they know you best as.For me, i came to the conclusion, whatever hobby or interest catches my attention, I study EVERYTHING there is to know about it.
