Hi ryan it’s a 3/2 built in 1969 it’s right across the street from a good elementary and also high school the beach and airport less than 10 mins she bought it for 89k in 1998 went well up in value if listed for 430k now been on market 118 days as for things wrong with home and all that I’m not sure haven’t really asked 

I recently bought the property directly across the street which is a 3 bed each duplex that got an ARV of $105,000.

They will be sleeping on the streets . 

It all depends on where you get your used appliances, as there are too many stores out there that just pick anything off the street, give it a clean, and then put it out in the showroom as long as it runs.

However, in a competitive market, if a seller down the street from you is offering to pay the buyer agent commission, the buyers are likely to choose that house over yours since they won't have to pay their agent out of pocket.

Also check setback requirements and off street parking requirements.

If the address doesn't fully match, it gets kicked back to Sender as "Unknown".According to USPS, my only recourse is having the City add a new address entry for only the street address (no apartment unit) in the system.

Here's the rub:  The street address of my rental doesn't exist. 

I own a duplex where occupy one of the units and rent out the other, where my unit has a typical street address and the other unit has a "1/2" street address.

I am a property manager all over the Triad, and our market is still very reliant on analysis that is street by street and dependent on the condition of the property or the renovation.
