I've done a significant amount of research and looks like I qualify for quite a few; the only stipulation is that I apply for a Maryland Mortgage Program loan through a qualified lender.Has anyone used one of the homebuyer assistance programs in Maryland, and can recommend a lender/broker or simply provide any help on a similar situation?
