Hello, so I am in the navy, currently stationed out here in Guam.

The metro here is a good option for commuting, but stations get fewer and far-er between as you venture outside the city. 

I wish my gas station owner knew how hard I am struggling and would give me gasoline for his cost plus a penny.

Hi all,I'm thinking of purchasing a condo that is located quite literally right next door to a fire station.My question is: this whole condo community is essentially next door to the fire station, but my unit is the closest to both the side road and the fire station.I am wondering how much of a "discount" you would need to feel comfortable buying this unit (as compared to another similar unit/floorplan that is nestled more comfortably inside the inner ring of the community. 

I had a discussion with the police supervisor at the police station and explained liability and consequences (our tenant was indicating the were going to go get their own gun - I would not blame them). 

Do you guys put separate systems in each unit or do you put one base station in one unit and connect all security components in and around the building to it?

We try and mitigate with some small poison stations outside of the home in crawlspace and hidden areas.  

if we were ever stationed there again!
