Hello everyone.I am interested in a property in Cook County IL where the taxes were purchased by a taxbuyer.

Many people do the bottom and let next owner fix the roof later....The reason is simple you spend 5 hours on the roof cook?

I have been in the middle of a lot of them, but too many cooks spoil the pot. 

I don't quite understand how a buyer can even cook up any offer without walking through the property.

This is for residential properties that fall in cook county.

Gas would be better for heat, cooking and hot water in some folk's preferences (including mine).
