What's not to love about the Silicon Valley?

Being from the Silicon Valley area of California, the STEM industries in Huntsville seemed more familiar so I naturally gravitated towards it.I'm also looking for any referrals on property managers, as well as real estate agents.

I had a conversation with a fellow BP member who sells for a big silicon valley company and he said his base pay is only 200k a year but his sales bonus's are 400 to 600k a year.

So I move towards another silicon valley which is Austin and especially I have some friends who stay in austin and still invest there and keep asking me to think about it.

Yes, even SF and Silicon Valley. 

I mean I was born and raised in Silicon Valley and have worked in LA  Portlandia  Seattle for 40 years now.. 

It has for some time now attracted major corporations into the area and is now considered the "2nd silicon valley" leading in technology accompanied by it's already stellar medical reputation.
