Coaching also doesn't have to be a one-time session, it is most likely better to have ongoing coaching.

There are a handful of local investors who frequent BP, but you can also come out to the local REIA and AORE sessions to meet folks.  

I do have an attorney I work with however I'm currently looking for one who specializes in real estate and want to go into an informational session prepared with the proper questions to ask.

I learn more about the PM market and their strategies in these sessions than I do anything else.

As an attorney I wrote a synopsis of a bill that is being considered by the state assembly this session making AirBnB rentals legal across the whole state.

I am based in NYC now so would love to have a chat session and hopefully meet up when I am in Rochester.
