Sometimes a claim has already been filed and paid and the seller is trying to take ins money without repair.Is the roof hail damaged? 

He never did anything with it, except a new roof a couple years ago, due to a torrential hail storm in the area.

If she has a small student loan with a decent rate, I’d probably let it ride.

@Steve Redd - Find a deal that won't kill you if it only breaks even ( I don't believe in aiming to lose money, lol) or partner with someone so you can be along for the ride.

However, I don’t have a license or car yet so I will try and find a ride or even take a bus if I have to.

you have ups and downs just like the economy.. but its been a fun ride.. and I really enjoy all the different people I meet.. and take great pride in helping others achieve their dreams by funding their deals and companies.. my job is to make my vendors and clients millionaires that my only job..
