What do you charge for recruiting new tenants?

The foundational argument you pose that it is not the tech, but it is the user, who is the problem, and as well as that tech is focused on improving lives, solving problems etc etc etc, I completely understand you, the tech employee, may believe this because it is very literally the recruitment mantra of every single silicon valley tech company in existence (just that fact alone of the uniformity of propaganda should raise a red flag).

How flexible are they with new recruits even if they have a great deal?

Killeen is a good multi-family, SFR long term play for army recruits but has rough patches.

They herded us into this room and a company commander stood up there and yelled and screamed at us "stupid maggots" on how we were fools if we signed up for this and weren't 100% sure we were going to college afterwards, and how could a bunch of dumb recruits like us think we were going to college anyway? 

Is there a way to tap into recruiting/placement agencies for these medical centers?

I've done it a few different ways. 1) Listed it on the sites such as Furnished Finder, AirBnB, Booking.com, FB Travel lodging groups; and specifically call out the proximity to any medical centers or hospitals.  2) Word of mouth with my friends and colleagues 3) Reaching out to travel medical staff companies and leaving my info with recruiters.  

However, they may have top agents/teams who are growing and recruiting.
